First, peel, core and finely chop the apples.
Peel and finely dice the onion as well, dice the jalapenos as well.
Peel and chop garlic and ginger.
Bring apples and vegetables to a boil with all other ingredients and simmer on low heat for 45-60 minutes.
Then let the chutney cool down and serve.
Preparation Tip:
If you make more, then it is best to fill the apple chutney in sterile jars and store in a cool and dark place. Is also a nice souvenir.
