For the chicken with Dry Rub mix all ingredients well and rub the chicken with it.
Sear on all sides in a grill pan until the meat is nice and dark, then cook in the oven (or on the grill) at 170 °C.
Chicken breast takes about 8 minutes, leg 15-20 minutes. Serve chicken with Dry Rub.
