First make the dough. To do this, put the flour with salt in a bowl and crumble in the yeast.
Knead into a dough with sugar and water, set aside and let rise.
Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet, brush with oil and anchovy paste.
First place sauteed onions and ketchup, then sausage and cheese on top and sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake the pizza in a well preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
The anchovy paste is optional and can be omitted to taste.
