For 8-10 people:


Dice the onions, tomatoes and peppers, season the meat with the steak seasoning and layer by layer in the roaster. Between each layer of meat, form the onion, tomato and bell pepper cubes.

Stir the tomato ketchup and the other sauces with the whipped cream and pour over the meat.

Leave everything in the refrigerator with the lid closed for one night.

In time before the guests arrive, cook with closed lid in the oven at 200 degrees for 3 hours (no joke) and then bring to the table on the spot.
