A bean recipe for every taste:
Cook the long grain rice in salted water until tender, rinse in a colander when cooled, drain well. Quarter the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds, finely dice. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the peppers for 5 minutes. After 3 min add the peas and the sprouts. Next, stir in the long grain rice, fry for another 3 min.
Stir the soy sauce with turmeric and ginger until smooth, mix it with the shrimps into the long grain rice, season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Mix the eggs and season with salt. Heat the fat in a frying pan. Pour in the egg mixture and fry the egg mixture. Fold the egg mixture into the long grain rice.
