For the potato wedges with tomato-garlic dip, first wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces or cubes.
Mix the potatoes with oil and season with salt. Put the potatoes on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 200 °C hot air for about 30 minutes.
For the tomato-garlic dip, chop the tomato and garlic. Mix both with the pureed tomatoes and the oil. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder and decorate with parsley.
Arrange the potato wedges with tomato-garlic dip and serve.
You can also use more or less chili powder as desired. The potato wedges with tomato-garlic dip fit well as a side dish to grilled food or can be enjoyed as a main meal. Then increase the quantity a little. Instead of the tomato-garlic dip also other dips fit to it.
