For the hot love, first mix the raspberries with vanilla sugar, a little powdered sugar and a few squirts of lemon juice. Leave to infuse for a good quarter of an hour (in a cool place!).
In the meantime, drain the pineapple chunks and whip the whipped cream.
Then mix the raspberries with the pineapple and heat everything very slowly in a pot. The berries should not come to the boil (otherwise they will become mushy), but only slightly warm!
Remove from heat, add a dash of raspberry schnapps to taste.
Arrange a layer of vanilla ice cream in decorative glasses or bowls, place the berry-pineapple mixture on top and serve the Hot Love immediately.
Garnish the Hot Love as you like with whipped cream, chocolate wafers, hollow hips, hips leaves....
