Beat egg yolks until creamy. Gradually add vanilla sugar and sugar. Mix buttermilk with whipped cream. Mix flour, baking powder and pudding powder as well. Stir the liquid and flour mixture alternately into the egg yolk mixture. Then add raisins and almond kernels. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Fold in loosely. Pour into a greased ovenproof dish. Put into the heated oven.
