To make the French Toast Roll Ups, first cut the edges off of all the slices of toast. Then roll out the letters with a rolling pin so that they are completely flat.

Once that’s done, the slices can be spread with Nutella (tip: don’t use too much Nutella and don’t spread it all over the slice either) and top with the fruit of your choice. Then roll up the filled toast slices.

When all the slices are coated, topped and rolled, heat the butter in the pan, mix the 2 eggs with a little milk and wet the rolls with it. Once the rolls are wetted with the egg mixture and the pan is hot, fry them until golden brown.

While they are frying, prepare the sugar and cinnamon mixture to roll the French Toast Roll Ups in after frying. This should be done while they are still hot, otherwise the sugar will not stick.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of Nutella, you can also fill a mixture of cream cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar into the French Toast Roll Ups. To do this, simply take a packet of cream cheese, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and some powdered sugar to taste.
