For the cake with chocolate ganache, mix all ingredients for dough 1 well and bake at 180 °C for approx. 30-40 minutes. Proceed in exactly the same way with dough 2.
For the ganache, heat 500 ml of whipped cream (do not boil), break the chocolate into pieces and melt in it. When all the chocolate has melted, remove the pan from the heat and place the ganache in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Cut each pastry case in half twice. Whip the ganache until fluffy. This may take a few minutes. Whip a cup of whipped cream with a little sugar.
Now spread the ganache and whipped cream alternately on the bases. Finally, spread the rest of the ganache on the outside.
