For the cheesecake with strawberries prepare the base. To do this, crush the cookies in a food processor, add the melted butter, 2 tablespoons Nutella, 2 tablespoons sugar and cocoa powder and mix everything together again.
Pour the batter into a heart-shaped springform pan and spread it evenly on the bottom. Place strawberries in a saucepan and cook with the sugar, vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of water over medium heat.
When strawberries are soft, blend with a hand blender. Prepare gelatin according to package directions and add to strawberry sauce. Stir well over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Set aside a large cup of the strawberry sauce, this will be needed for the top layer. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until well blended. Add the remaining strawberry sauce.
Whip the whipped cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well combined. Then spread on the cookie base and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Spread the cup of strawberry sauce set aside on top of the firm cream cheese. If the strawberry sauce has become too solid in the meantime, heat it briefly until everything is liquid. Put the cheesecake with strawberries in the refrigerator until everything is firm.
