For the molehill dessert, first sort the flowers, wash and dry on paper towels. Crumble the muffins.
Mix orange juice, yogurt and vanilla powder with sweetener until smooth. Spoon yogurt onto plates and top with pineapple. Loosely sprinkle muffin crumbs on top and garnish with flowers.
The yogurt becomes fluffier by folding in whipped cream or vanilla sauce. The yogurt can be flavored by adding liqueur, but then consider the sugar content.
