For the roast pumpkin, put the mince in a mixing bowl. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Peel the onion and cut into fine pieces. Also wash the pumpkin and cut it into very fine pieces.

Add both vegetables to the bowl. Add all the spices to the mixing bowl as well. Also add the bread crumbs. Add the garlic cloves.

Also add the 4 eggs and mix everything well (preferably by hand). Put the mixture into an oven dish and fomen to a roast. Bake at 190 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

To the pumpkin roast fits very well mashed potatoes. Best still sprinkle with a few roasted pumpkin seeds.
